REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. After 30 days from the date of purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a few days.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, tapes, vinyl records, or software
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at onenessart.lda@gmail.com. The physical return address will be provided upon request via email.

Gifts

- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver for later delivery, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Returns Shipping

To return your product, please request the physical address by emailing onenessart.lda@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Recommendations:
- For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
